DHL Go Green packagingDHL’s new corporate slogan – “Excellence. Simply delivered.” – reflects DHL’s promise to customers. It is distilled from Deutsche Post DHL’s “Strategy 2015,” the corporate strategy introduced in 2009 that calls for simplified services and sustainable solutions to make customers’ lives easier.

“Excellence” stands for the high-quality products and solutions DHL provides, and for long-term and sustainable customer relations. It also sums up DHL’s desire to fulfill customer wishes and demands, today and tomorrow, with innovative and market-leading products and services. “Simply delivered” is the promise to offer simple and standardized solutions. It should be an uncomplicated affair for a customer to do business with DHL.

“The new slogan is founded on our vision, to be the logistics company for the world,” says Wolfgang Giehl, Head of Corporate Branding & Advertising, Deutsche Post DHL. “The message evokes feelings of trust and, at the same time, communicates our competence and leadership in quality.”

From April 2010 onwards, the slogan will grace all new DHL delivery vehicles across the globe. It’s also a substantial part of DHL’s new integrated advertising concept, which assimilates brand and product advertising on a global level. The campaign will be launched in April 2010 in national and international media.
